One of the factors affecting the level of success of a company is employee performance.each company will be always try to improve the performance of its employees in order to achieve a goal established by the company. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence organizational communication, organizational commitment, job stress, and financial compensation to employee performance at Bank BTPN Syariah Yogyakarta with a sample of 46 employees.
