The focus in this paper is our development of the Persona method for applied gender research within Higher education. Our aim is to describe how we implement the Persona method to develop learning situations that stimulates a reflective practice. A persona is a fictional representation of a person, based on empirical data, which is implemented as a tool to communicate situations or issues.
