Employees' Motivation and Stimulation in the Company

The aim of the Bachelor Thesis is to assess the area of motivation and stimulation of employees of the public corporation Lesy CR, Forestry Commission in Karlovy Vary Region, and to suggest possible changes in the given area. The work consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is based on the study of professional literature as well as on mutual comparison, association and completion of outcomes from various sources dealing with the area of motivation and stimulations of workers within a company. The practical part presents a research of the chosen subject, and data were collected by means of a questionnaire for employees and an interview with a head worker. An analysis and assessment of the corporation regarding the area of motivation and stimulation were carried out on the basis of the data collected. The research demonstrated that the employees involved assessed the given area of interest in a positive way. The research findings lead us to the conclusion that there has already been a well-going system in the corporation, and it can take advantage of concrete suggestions and recommendations provided on the basis of results gained from the questionnaire inquiry
