Motivation and stimulation of employees

The subject of this diploma thesis is motivation and stimulation of employees. The theoretical part consists of some basic definitions, motivation theories and concrete ways how to motivate employees. In the practical part these theoretical knowledge are applied to a concrete firm. In the company a research is realized in order to get to know the level of employees` motivation and their work satisfaction. In consequence suggestions are formulated in order to improve main drawbacks
