This bachelor thesis deals with ways of motivation and stimulation of employees, which is one of the main human resources elements in business that every manager and CEO has to observe very closely. To start with, the thesis presents a theoretical outline of the subject that ranges from defining the basic HR terms and theories to a more detailed and specific listing of possible incentive methods.
