This bachelor thesis is focused on consumers preferences in the consumption of wine. The aim of this study is to find and evaluate the factors influencing the wine consumption preferences significantly. Analysis of these preferences is based on own survey, which was implemented in February of 2016. The introduction of work describes its purpose and methodology work. The first part of thesis is focused on the theoretical background. Firstly, it is engaged in history of wine, specification of wine cultivars, wine division and brief description of production wine or wine regions.
