This thesis of Management skills is divided into the two main parts: the theoretical one and the practical one. In the first part are theoretically defined concepts of management and manager. These are followed by definition of managerial roles and distribution of managers skills into: fundamental, important, hard and soft skills. In the end is possible development of managers skills. Avon Cosmetics Inc. is characterized in second part. Mainly it is analyzing and evaluation by survey of managers skills at 10 zone managers in Artemis division. These data are used for recommendation to improve future of the whole company and management skills of managers
