2015This study aimed to analyze the influence of organizational culture and \ud organizational commitment to employee performence. This study uses primary\ud data obtained by spreading questionnaires to employees working in PT. Pelindo\ud IV (Persero) Branch Makassar. Method of data analysis used in this study include\ud test validity and reliability test, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear\ud regression analysis.The results showed in the test F (simultaneous) that\ud organizational culture and organizational commitment have significant imfluence\ud to employe performance with sig F 0,000 < 0,05.
