This study aimed at describing the performance, organizational culture, and organizational commitment; analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance; determine the variables organizational culture and organizational commitment that most influence on employee performance. The data collection was obtained through questionnaire. There were 64 respondents based on total sampling. The data analysis applied the scale range and double linear regression.
