The main objective for this research paper is to examine the relationship between employee’s moral reasoning, trust and whistle blowing intention. Not only the moral reasoning of a person play an important role, but trust level of a person is also worth highlighted as factor in whistle blowing intention. Being loyal to one’s employer is not incompatible with blowing the whistle about their wrongdoing, because employee loyalty and whistleblowing serve the same goal, the moral good of the employer.
