This influence aims to examine the influence of organizational commitment, professionalism and moral reasoning on whistleblowing intention. The primary data of this research are collected from the bank officer at the Bank Bengkulu by using a survey approach. 47 questionnaires that can be analyzed or processed. Analysis of the data in this study uses analyzed multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) organizational commitment on positive influences on whistleblowing intention, (2) professionalism on positive influences on whistleblowing intention and (3) moral reasoning has a positive influence on whistleblowing intention.
