Os sentidos da música, o dinheiro e a mídia

What are the meanings of musical sounds? Sounds have meanings, in the double sense - sensitive and significant? How to identify them? And what about the musical tastes? The purpose of this paper is not to answer these questions, but to propose some questions that may possibly contribute in this direction, based on Marx’s theory of value - specifically the contradiction between use value and exchange value, including all of its known consequences - articulated a relationship between musical sounds and moral sentiments suggested by Rousseau in his Essay on the origin of Languages.Quais são os significados dos sons musicais? Sons têm um sentido, na dupla acepção do termo – sensível e significante? Como identificá-los? E o que dizer dos gostos musicais? O objetivo deste artigo não é responder a estas perguntas, mas propor algumas questões que talvez possam contribuir nessa direção, com base na teoria do valor de Marx – mais especificamente na contradição entre valor de uso e valor de troca, incluindo todas as suas conhecidas consequências –, articulada a uma relação entre sons musicais e sentimentos morais, sugerida por Rousseau em seu Ensaio sobre a origem das línguas
