1) We have shown that the superprecipitation of AM solution corresponds to contraction of glycerol muscle and the change of viscosity, particularly, the viscosity response of AM solution does to relaxation of glycerol muscle. 2) Further, we have referred to that there is the region of contraction and subsequent relaxation in glycerol muscle, corresponding to the gelation in AM solution. 3) The mechanism of dis-hysteresis and relaxation has been discussed. That is, the mechanism of action of pyrophosphate and salt is identical in nature and is a matter of charge. And both the cohesion between AM-particles and the association actin and myosin also relate to charge, and their difference is only quantitative, i.e. cohesion is wearker than association. 4) The consideration has been made on the physiological implication of the change of viscosity, and it has been concluded that the viscosity response corresponds to relaxation
