[[abstract]]A study to investigate the relationship between the unemployed’s learning motivation and vocational training effectiveness ABSTRACT This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the unemployed’s learning motivation and their vocational training effectiveness. This study distributed 303 questionnaires to the trainees who are registered for unemployed vocational training and obtained 282 valid samples. The effective rate of the questionnaires is 93.07%. The data was analyzed with SPSS software using descriptive analysis, validity analysis, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation. The results are as follows: 1.
