The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between Training and Motivation On Job Performance in a private sector organization in Sabah, Malaysia. Data were gathered from 70 employee’s from the organization in Sabah. Quantitative research methodology is used in this research and the data were collected using questionnaires as the instrument. The data were analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Descriptive statistics were reported, followed by reliability analysis, Pearson correlation and hypothesis testing using stepwise multiple regression.
