This research aims to determine the Effect of Job Training on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as a Mediating Variable in the Weaving Department of Medali Mas Ikat Weaving Industry in Kediri City. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, literature reviews, and questionnaires. The sample for this research is selected using purposive sampling, consisting of 45 employees in the weaving department of Medali Mas Ikat Weaving Industry in Kediri City based on the research conducted.
