Order Rescinded On Flu Masks; Theaters And Churches 'Open'

• People are no longer required to wear masks in theaters, stores, motion picture houses, factories, etc. Dr. Sharpley and Dr. Kennedy repealed the order that enforced mask rules yesterday. • The d ropping of mask regulations is not believed to guarantee that a general closure order will be enacted soon. It is rumored that a new closure order is planned. • Deaths reported span several days. • Churches, with a few exceptions, will hold services tomorrow. • Visiting influenza patients in the hospital is still forbidden. • All homes containing influenza patients are to be placarded and quarantined. • Everyone who comes in contact with influenza patients must wear a mask. • So far all patients that have applied to the emergency hospital have been admitted. Red Cross says there is still enough room. • Many other cities are experiencing the same problems as Denver. Officials from Phoenix, AZ telegraphed Denver authorities and asked for advice regarding the epidemic fight. • National reports show that many other cities had rises in the epidemic after victory celebrations.
