Çalışmada dört parametrenin reaksiyon üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiş ve en yüksek metil ester içeriği yağın % 30’ u oranında alınan enzim miktarında, 1/4 yağ/alkol mol oranında, 50?C reaksiyon sıcaklığında ve 7 saat reaksiyon süresinde elde edilmiştir.
