Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh efektifitas pengambilan keputusan, budaya organisasi, dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan di Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Provinsi Bengkulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Pengambilan keputusan yang efektif, budaya organisasi yang kuat, dan komunikasi interpersonal yang terbuka menjadi faktor penting dalam membangun komitmen karyawan terhadap organisasi. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya mengelola dan mengembangkan faktor-faktor ini guna meningkatkan komitmen organisasi secara keseluruhan.
