PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI

Someone who works at the company certainly has a commitment each other. Organizational commitment that is valued by the company is able to create positive or negative effect on the achievement or goals of the company. Employees are also required to be able to work together in a team, as well as interpersonal communication in it. So, that they can form a harmonious team. This study aims to determine the influence of interpersonal communication on organizational commitment. This research is a quantitative correlational. The subject of this study was 142 employees and taken by insidental sampling technique. The research instrument used are interpersonal communication scale and organizational commitment scale. Data analysis method in this study is a simple Linear regression method using of SPSS version 25. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive effect of interpersonal communication on organizational commitment to employees. The contribution of interpersonal communication to affective commitment was 13.5%. Then interpersonal communication affects continuity commitment by 4.5% and interpersonal communication affects normatif commitment by 7.7%
