This study aims to determine how important the application and strategy of green human resources management. The object used is the hospitality industry, namely the Fatma Jombang hotel. This study uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. Stages of data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The data validity test in qualitative research includes credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability tests.
