Research on the application of disciplinary punishment for State Civil Apparatuses (ASN) who do not come to work and comply with the provisions of working hours through the Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) Bekasi City, West Java has the background that in the Bekasi City Government environment, West Java, types of violations were found The highest ASN discipline is not coming to work and complying with the provisions of working hours. The research problem is how to apply and the constraints in disciplinary punishment for ASN who do not come to work and comply with the provisions of working hours through the BKPSDM Bekasi City, West Java.
