The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze further about the influence of management, work environment and work discipline on employee performance (case study: UPK Dinas Pengairan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup DKI Jakarta Province). The research method used today is quantitative research through questionnaires. The basic population of this study is UPK staff of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Irrigation Office with a sample of 50 (fifty) respondents.
