Наказ №227 «Ні кроку назад» у повсякденній культурі страху сталінізму

In the successor to Stalin's USSR, Putin's Russia, through fictional pseudo-historical works, the penal battalion was portrayed as a sacred space in which criminal offenders turn into real heroes whose purpose in life is to kill and die in war without any rational purpose. The glorification of penal units in modern Russia has become one of the foundations of the militaristic ideology of the occupiers, who do not care what they die for or whom they kill. The purpose of the study is to clarify the role of the Red Army's punitive units during the Second World War in establishing an everyday culture of fear among Soviet people. Results. The main provisions of Order No. 227 are examined, and its place in the everyday culture of fear is analyzed. Based on the memoirs of World War II veterans, the author shows how fear determined their behavior during the war and their attitude to Order 227 after its end. Conclusions. Stalin and his entourage were looking for new methods of increasing everyday fear. The result of this search was the issuance of Order 227, "Not a Step Back" and the creation of penal units. From that moment on, the daily culture of fear among soldiers was fueled not only by the threat of execution or imprisonment, but also by a new form of punishment that involved staying at the front in much worse conditions, as punitive units were not stationed in populated areas, were fed worse and sent to the most difficult areas of the front. Therefore, Order No. 227 and the penal units should be viewed not only from the point of view of military expediency, but also from the point of view of a cultural phenomenon that adjusted Soviet everyday life during the Second World War. A Soviet person had to feel that Stalin's totalitarian state was much stronger and more terrifying than Hitler's. This cultural phenomenon gave rise to the myth of the punishment camp, which has become part of the ideology of modern Putin's Russia, in which the punishment camp is associated not with victims of war and Stalinism, but with repeat offenders who are ready to kill and die in war.У спадкоємиці сталінського СРСР – путінської Росії через художні псевдоісторичні твори зобразили штрафбат як сакральний простір у якому кримінальні злочинці перетворюються на справжніх героїв, ціль життя яких вбивати і померти на війні без жодної раціональної мети. Оспівування штрафних підрозділів у сучасній Росії стало однією із основ формування мілітаристської ідеології окупантів, яким все одно за що вмирати і кого вбивати. Метою дослідження є з’ясування ролі штрафних формувань Червоної армії в роки Другої Світової війни в утвердженні повсякденної культури страху серед радянських людей. Результати. Розглянуто основні положення наказу № 227, проаналізовано його місце в повсякденній культурі страху. На основі спогадів ветеранів Другої Світової війни показано як страх визначав їх поведінку під час війни та їх ставлення до наказу № 227 вже після її завершення. Висновки. Сталін і його оточення шукали нові методи посилення повсякденного страху. Результатом цих пошуків стало видання Наказу № 227, «Ні кроку назад» і створення штрафних частин. З того моменту повсякденну культуру страху серед військовослужбовців підпитували не тільки загрози розстрілу чи ув’язнення, а ще й нова форма покарання, яка передбачала залишатися на фронті в значно гірших умовах, адже штрафників не розквартировували у населених пунктах, гірше годували і відправляли на самі важкі ділянки фронту. Тому, Наказ № 227 і штрафні підрозділи слід розглядати не тільки суто з точки зору військової доцільності, а ще з точки зору культурного феномену, який скорегував радянську повсякденність під час Другої Світової війни. Радянська людина повинна була відчувати, що сталінська тоталітарна держава значно сильніша і страшніша за гітлерівську. Цей культурний феномен породив міф про штрафбат, який став частиною ідеології сучасної путінської Росії, в якій штрафбат асоціюється не з жертвами війни і сталінізму, а з кримінальними злочинцями-рецидивістами, які готові вбивати і гинути на війні. &nbsp
