UPAYA GURU DALAM MENGATASI KESULITAN LITERASI NUMERASI PADA PESERTA DIDIK KELAS V SD NEGERI 21 PEKANBARU

Efforts made by teachers at SD Negeri 21 Pekanbaru are already underway well. The efforts made by teachers to students are good inside class and outside the class, namely (a) Strengthening the context that is close to students' daily experiences; (b) Emphasizes under standing and reasoning withincontext; (c) Link student activities before starting learning with strengthening numeracy literacy; (d) Integrate the content of the lessons taught; (e) Development of supporting facilities as a medium for numeracy learning; (f) Information display that displays numeracy in various contexts; (g) Information display enriched with numeration elements; (h) Utilization facilities in schools for numeracy displays; (i) Availability of facilities or displays in the school garden; (j) Availability of environment or space work: (k) Training numeracy skills for students who are left behind; (m) Simple math game; (m) Numeracy in cooking; (n) Mathematics in work
