The object of the apartment building is a building consisting of four above-ground floors and one above-ground floor. In the basement of the building, its technical equipment is located, which is located together with common storage areas and storage areas for individual housing units. There are 10 apartment units on the upper floor, and there are also office spaces on the 3rd floor. The building has a designed wall construction system, it has a full basement, which is based on foundation strips, and its roofing is solved by a flat vegetated roof
