Apartment building Pelhřimov

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of the project in the documentation phase for the construction of a apartment building with almost zero energy consumption. It is an apartment building with three above-ground and one underground floor. The building is located in a sloping land to the west side in the cadastral area of Pelhřimov. In the apartment building there are a total of 12 residential units with a total capacity of 26 persons. The foundation structures consist of reinforced concrete foundation strips with underlying concrete. The perimeter walls in the basement are made of lost formwork, the internal walls of the basement and all walls above the ground are made of brick blocks. The ceiling structures and balcony slabs are reinforced concrete. The roofing of the building consists of a single-skin flat roof. The apartments on the first floor on the west side have front gardens, the other apartments have balconies. The building is insulated with a certified insulation system (ETICS)
