It is an object with four above-ground floors and one underground floor. There are 9 flats on the above-ground floors, garages and storage facilities with technical equipment of the building are located in the underground floor. Garages are designed as a separate parking space, a total of 8. Each floor has a balcony (or terrace), which gradually with the floors recedes into the area of apartments. The roof above the 4th floor is designed as a single-layer flat. The building is designed from the YTONG system both perimeter walls and ceiling structure
