There is an obvious difference of the operation between state-run businesses and privately owned enterprise. The fact is that state-run businesses are often in a dilemma while they are planning to make profits because they have to take both regulation and the public benefits into consideration. The purpose of the study is to investigate state-run employees’ job satisfaction and well-being in Miao-Li country of Taiwan Power Company. The study was conducted by questionnaire. The 222 valid samples were selected from 260 ones.
