The wellbeing and health of people are influenced by satisfaction about their job. The essence of job satisfaction is explained as mental gratification derived from one’s job. To know how the job satisfaction of an individual affects the other domains of an individual’s life like, psychological well-being and perceived stress in making an individual over-all healthy being.
