When humans live in one place, it gives rise to a society in which there are different kinds of people, and in that society there are certain etiquettes of living, socializing and interpersonal relationships. Then there are some rules and regulations on how to live, how to have relations with each other, etc., etc., Allah has also clearly explained for all the human beings in Quran the rules of living, fellowship, mutual relations and society, and only by following all these rules any one can become a perfect Muslim. Similarly, in a land dominated by Islam as an Islamic State of Muslims, there are certain etiquettes of living and relations in that state, whether it be the state's relations with its inhabitants or its relations with other states. Allah Almighty has guided us in this regard, whether directly or through his chosen Prophets, following the path prescribed by Allah Almighty. This is called "Islamic International Law". It is very important for the Islamic State to know the "Islamic International Law" which is necessary to run the state and from which the state could move towards development. But when we study the hadiths and history books, we see that the first art that was written from the hadiths of the Prophet (PBUH) was the art of “the law of the journey”, and the reason is that since then series of conquests had already started from time immemorial, and in the era of the Companions (R.A) these conquests increased further as a result of which other states came into being. There is therefore a need for a relationship with the Prophet (PBUH) which includes treaties, peace, war, tribute, trade, etc. The art was edited and renamed the "Law Tour". This article mentions the sources of "Islamic International Law" and some principles in the light of which the Islamic State can be best served by improving the international relations of an Islamic welfare state. In the light of the Prophet (PBUH), guidance there are a few basic principles and codes of conduct for running an Islamic welfare state. The policy can be said to include the source of the problems and the statement of some basic principle, and the success of any state is best measured by its foreign policy.
