The basic principle in Islam is to promote moderate way of life because the linguistic meaning of Islam is peace, calmness and surrender of opinion. Peace is the core value of all balanced societies especially Islamic society. In the absence of peace and tolerance, violence in society will increase. Violence is always in-human and in contradiction with humanity. In today’s Muslim world the deterioration is duet to sectarian approaches or sectarian doctrines among Muslims. A careful comparison with the past in contemporary world the number of Muslim is comparatively large. But instead of believing on Pan-Islamism Muslim are divided into different social, religious and political groups. This era is critical for Muslims because all the violence or divisions are on the basis of radical Islam which is a new interpretation of Islam. In this situation one group or sect consider other Muslims as non-believer and consider all violence against them justified on the basis of their own interpretation of Islam. It is the need of time to promote the values like peace, tolerance and harmony to strengthen the bond of Pan-Islamism among Muslims. It will end the regime of sectarianism and Muslims would emerge as a big political force in the world. It is the duty of every Muslim as well as every Muslim government to denounce the sectarian approaches and to promote peace and tolerance. This paper is an effort to frame all the necessary parameters which are necessary to actualize the dream of Muslim dominance or Pan-Islamism through peace, tolerance and harmony
