Islam is a perfect religion that provides basic teachings related to the aspects of life. Quran has given the principals and the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) has provided an excellent example of these teachings by explaining and practiced them so that there is no question of the practicality of the religion in our daily life. The teachings of Islam guarantee the establishment of a virtuous society, subject to be fully implemented according to the Sunnah method. Among those teachings an important instruction is to assign significant responsibilities to a person who is capable of that charge. Because delegating a key position to an irresponsible person causes a lot of harm and creates great chaos. The two basic qualities that essentially required for any major responsibility: piousness and competence. Quran has defined the pathway and The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) has implemented the same actions on the basis of these teachings. He provided a good way for us to establish a righteous society by assigning the responsibilities on the basis of ability and competency. According to the teachings of Quran and Seerat we can establish a pious society by assigning the right job to the right man in public and private sectors, even in personal affairs
