The role of the teacher in the formation of leadership qualities of schoolchildren by means of extracurricular work

The article is devoted to clarifying the role of the teacher in the formation and development of leadership qualities of schoolchildren. It has been demonstrated that in an educational institution, this can be done outside of school hours during sports events, intellectual and creative competitions, which allow the student to express himself both in a team (class) and individually
