ABSTRACT Aim of the study: This study help the human resource department to identify their role in work-life balance of employees. Design/ Methodology: Linear regression analysis used for hypothesis testing and Chi-square test is used to analyse the planning of work and age of the respondents. Findings: The finding of the study indicated that proper planning and work place flexibilities reduce the stress level and increase the work-life balance of the employees. Most of the companies are not giving importance for their employees work-life balance. But they allot more works without any remuneration. The companies need to give monetary and non- monetary benefits to motivate the employees. Practical Implications: Every organizations need ...
