Purpose: Work Life Balance (WLB) has become a common phenomenon and is gaining attention these days. However, there is a need to explore the factors that affects the ‘work’ and ‘life’ balance and then the resulting outcome. Thus, the purpose of this study is to map the factors and outcome of Work Life Balance. Design / methodology / approach: This study is qualitative and is based on the extensive literature review.
