Abstract: The aim of change management is maximization of benefits and organizational objectives in the meantime lowering the chances and possibilities of failure as change is being implemented. There are reports that have been made concerning inadequacies within the health systems however much provision of healthcare services is a devolved function. This study investigated the influence of employee training on institutional performance in Kakamega County General Teaching and Referral Hospital, Kenya. The study adopted exploratory design.
