Abstract: The country’s current economic and social situations have had a negative impact on the delivery of health care services. Employee empowerment is one of the key values, which strives to have the right people with the necessary talents and attitude, as well as financial sustainability. The Kenyatta National Hospital, however, continues to suffer from inefficiency, low service quality, and consumer dissatisfaction.
