This review's objective is to investigate several factors that could enhance the solubility and bioavailability of medications that aren't very water soluble. Due to the ease of consumption for many medications, the oral route of administration is the most popular and widely accepted method of delivery. When taken orally, medications with slow dissolution rates exhibit partial absorption that results in limited bioavailability.
