t: This research was conducted on telecommunications services companies where the company needs a lot of employees as well as high performance. However, the company's performance declined, so the company's target could not be achieved. The company's lack of targets is thought to be influenced by several factors, including organizational culture, leadership style, job satisfaction and compensation.
