Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, kinerja karyawan dan produktivitas karyawan di perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah staf dalam dewan penelitian dan pengembangan, pendidikan nasional Kementerian di Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode pengambilan sampel sukarela, dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala tujuh poin. Penelitian ini memiliki ukuran sampel yang efektif dari 284 karyawan pemerintah. Structural Equation Model (SEM) digunakan untuk analisis data. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa model dan sis hipo-nya signifikan
