This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership variables and job satisfaction on employee performance variables through organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The sample used in this study amounted to 105 respondents. The object of research is the employees of PT Srirejeki Putra Mandiri. The data analysis method used is path analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEMPLS) method with the SmartPLS program. The results showed that leadership and job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance and organizational commitment.
