This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) on employees performance (Y) in Pusat Penelitian Sistem Mutu dan Teknologi Pengujian Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia. The samples were obtained by purposive sampling method, and selected 52 respondents as a sample.
