Adherence to the organizational and legal framework for strengthening the authority of the judiciary and the full implementation of the strategic principles of this process requires a significant improvement in the status of the judiciary as the main actors who will be entrusted with the relevant responsibilities and tasks. Despite some research in this area, comprehensive recommendations to strengthen the role of the judiciary in strengthening the authority of the judiciary have not yet been presented. The article provides a set of recommendations for strengthening the role of the judiciary in strengthening the authority of the judiciary. In light of the prospects for implementing the strategic principles of strengthening the authority of the judiciary, we consider it appropriate to recommend expanding the powers of the HCJ in the field of ensuring not only the authority of justice, but also the authority of the judiciary in general. Emphasis is placed on the expediency of strengthening the role of the HCJ, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine and the National School of Judges of Ukraine to strengthen the authority of the judiciary. It has been proved that the main role of the HQCJ of Ukraine in strengthening the authority of the judiciary is to prevent persons who have doubts about their ability to maintain the authority of a judge from holding the position of a judge. The importance of the scientific direction of developing a methodology for assessing the level of authority of the judiciary is noted. According to the results of the research, it is emphasized that the observance of organizational and legal principles of strengthening the authority of the judiciary requires a number of improvements in the status of the judiciary, which are attributed to the subjects of the strategy. The crucial role of the HCJ in achieving the effectiveness of measures related to strengthening the authority of the judiciary, which makes it appropriate to grant this body the status of coordinator of relevant processes. The peculiarities of participation of the Council of Judges of Ukraine, HQCJ of Ukraine, NSJ of Ukraine and SJA of Ukraine in strengthening the authority of the judiciary are emphasized and a set of recommendations on changes to legislation and bylaws aimed at expanding powers and strengthening the role of these entities in relevant processes
