When developing and implementing a communication strategy on access to justice, it should be borne in mind that this process is related to ensuring the social legitimacy of the judiciary. In the CRED Conclusion № 7 (2005) on Justice and Society, which deals with the interaction of courts with litigants, the CCJE emphasizes that some efforts are needed to better understand the role of the judiciary and to ensure that society's perception is as reliable as possible. on the justice system, would be accurate and reflect the efforts made by judges and court staff to gain respect and trust in the ability of the courts to perform their functions. These actions must clearly demonstrate the limits of the powers of the justice system. Taking into account the results of the study, it seems an urgent task to approve the Strategy of information and communication to ensure access to justice. We also consider it appropriate to recommend amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges" on access to justice. Ensuring access to justice involves maintaining equal access to justice for the fair resolution of legal conflicts, effective protection and restoration of violated rights within a reasonable time, and overcoming obstacles to such access and providing the necessary legal assistance and information. Component of access to justice is information and communication access to justice, which includes the use of a wide range of information technologies and communication strategies to achieve justice goals and compliance with international legal standards, including ensuring the right to a fair trial and overcoming barriers to access to justice. development of the judicial system in view of technological progress and growing demands from the public on the quality of justice and transparency of the judiciary
