La dynamique spatiale de la population en Roumanie : 1977-1992

Die geographische Dynamik der rumdnische Bevölkerung. : 1977-1992. — Zwischen den beiden Volkszählungen von 1977 und 1992 hat sich unter der rumänischen Bevölkerung eine umfangreiche geographische Umverteilung vollzogen. Der folgende Beitrag anlysiert dieses Phänomen auf der Kommunalebene sowie auf der Ebene der natürlichen Regionen : er hebt die Verhaltensopposition zwischen den Bergregionen mit sefîhafter Bevölkerung und den Ebenen, wo die Mobilität der Menschen vielmehr ausgeprägt ist, hervor. Drei der sechs auf diese Dynamik wirkenden Faktoren haben einen wesentliche Einfluß : die störende Wirkung der Zwangskooperativierung der Landwirtschaft, die Entfernung von den Städten und der Erreichbarkeitsgrad, die erzwungene Diffusion der hidustrialisierung.The geographical dynamic of romanian population : 1977-1992 . — Between the censuses of 1977 and 1992, population of Romania has been subjected to important geographical redistributions. This paper is analysing this phenomenon at the levels of the communes and natural regions, highlighting the opposition of demographic behaviour between the mountainous zones with steady population and the plains where mobility is much more marked. From the six factors causing changes into these locations three are taking an exceptional place : the disruptive effect caused by the forced collectivization of agriculture, the distance to the urban centers and the degree of accessibility linked to the transport service, and the irregular distribution imposed to industrialization.La dynamique spatiale de la population en Roumanie : 1977-1992. — Entre les deux recensements de 1977 et 1992, la population de la Roumanie a subi de très fortes redistributions géographiques. L'article analyse ce phénomène au niveau communal et au niveau des régions naturelles : il met en valeur l'opposition de comportement entre les zones montagneuses à population stable et les plaines où la mobilité des hommes est beaucoup plus marquée. Des six facteurs intervenant sur cette dynamique de localisation, trois ont un poids exceptionnel : l'effet perturbateur de la « coopérativisation » forcée de l'agriculture, la distance aux centres urbains et le degré d'accessibilité/desserte, la diffusion imposée de l'industrialisation.Ungureanu Alexandre.
