Abstracciones sobre la gerencia humanista. Una mirada ética desde la alteridad

The word ethics comes from the Greek ethike, derived from ethos, custom, from the point of view of philosophy its object of study is morality; This, in turn, must be understood as the set of norms or customs (mores) that govern the conduct of a person so that it can be considered good, thus, ethics is the rational reflection on what is understood by good conduct; Now, ethics is the theory or science of the moral behavior of men in society. Likewise, it can be mentioned that ethics is also determined by different perspectives; From the religious point of view, the believing thought of the world and of man linked to traditions is expressed in a norm of an affective nature. Whereas, the philosophical conception of man and the universe linked to culture is expressed in ethical norms of a cognitive nature. In this sense, current organizations must be considered responsible social entities, institutions that generate and transmit new ethical values, capable of being applied not only within themselves, but, above all, in the broader social framework in which they are inserted. . Traditionally, organizations have been like business units created exclusively to obtain benefits, therefore, they do not arise as a consequence of spontaneous generation, they are created with a purpose and purpose and, when established, companies are responsible for establishing their codes, values and select the staff that best suits their nature. This premise has been transforming to generate a humanist management, from otherness, understood as the philosophical principle of "alternating" or changing one's own perspective for that of the "other", considering and taking into account the point of view, the conception of the world, the interests, the ideology of the other; and not assuming that "one's" is the only possible.La palabra ética proviene del griego ethike, derivado de ethos, costumbre, desde el punto de vista de la filosofía su objeto de estudio es la moral; esta a su vez hay que entenderla como el conjunto de normas o costumbres (mores) que rigen la conducta de una persona para que pueda considerarse buena, así pues, la ética es la reflexión racional sobre qué se entiende por buena conducta; ahora bien, la ética es la teoría o ciencia del comportamiento moral de los hombres en sociedad. Así mismo puede mencionarse que, la ética también viene determinada por distintas perspectivas; desde el punto de vista religioso, el pensamiento creyente del mundo y del hombre ligada a las tradiciones se expresa en una normativa de naturaleza afectiva. Mientras que, la concepción filosófica del hombre y del universo ligada a la cultura se expresa en las normas éticas de naturaleza cognitiva. En este sentido, las organizaciones actuales deben ser consideradas entes sociales responsables, instituciones generadoras y transmisoras de nuevos valores éticos, susceptibles de ser aplicados no solo en su propio seno, sino, sobre todo, en el marco social más amplio en el que se insertan. Tradicionalmente las organizaciones han sido como unidades de negocio creadas exclusivamente para obtener beneficios, por tanto, no surgen como consecuencia de la generación espontánea, son creadas con una finalidad y un propósito y, al instituirse, las empresas son responsables de establecer sus códigos, valores y seleccionar al personal que más se ajuste a su naturaleza. Esta premisa a venido transformándose para generar una gerencia humanista, desde la alteridad, entendida esta, como el principio filosófico de "alternar" o cambiar la propia perspectiva por la del "otro", considerando y teniendo en cuenta el punto de vista, la concepción del mundo, los intereses, la ideología del otro; y no dando por supuesto que la "de uno" es la única posible
