A General Framework of the Judicial System Resulting from Associations between Yugoslavian and West European Firms. The first part of the article is a description of thhe Yugoslavian system. At present market mechanisms are maintained. The firms' right to manage the productive forces of the nation are accorded to them by the collectivity. Mixed firms have been created to facilitate the exchange of information and orient the Yugoslavian economy toward the exterior. Legislation accords the partners a large margin for initiative in drawing up contracts but certain general rules must be respected.
