This study aims to analyze how much influence transformational leadership and work motivation have on employee performance at a company engaged in the food and beverage sector in Bandung. The total population in this study was 75 employees of the company. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. There are two variables in this study, namely, the independent and dependent variables. The independent variable consists of Transformational leadership and employee motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance.
