Cualificación docente en habilidades blandas como factor de mejora de la gestión escolar en tres Instituciones Educativas Rurales de Montería

The objective of this research is to optimize the learning of soft skills in the teachers of the Rural Educational Institutions of the city of Montería Córdoba. Which are official. Based on a quantitative approach, of a Pre-experimental type with an Experimental design. The selected sample will be primary and secondary teachers, both provisional and owned by three (3) rural educational institutions: IE Santa Fe, IE San José de Jaraquiel and IE Pueblo Bujo. This research seeks to implement a soft skills training model in teachers that allows them to develop dynamically and intuitively and that can be the constant support of the student. The research gives rise to the further development of soft skills in students in the future and serves as a basis for future research.La presente investigación tiene como objetivo optimizar el aprendizaje en habilidades blandas en los docentes de las Instituciones Educativas Rurales de  la ciudad de Montería Córdoba. Las cuales son de carácter oficial. Con base a un enfoque cuantitativo,  de tipo Pre- experimental con diseño  Experimental. La muestra seleccionada serán los docentes de  primaria y secundaria, tanto provisionales  como en propiedad de tres, (3) instituciones educativas rurales: IE Santa Fe, IE San José de Jaraquiel y IE Pueblo Bujo. Con esta investigación se busca implementar un modelo de formación en habilidades blandas en los docentes que  les permita desarrollarse de manera dinámica e intuitiva  y que puedan ser el apoyo constante del educando.  La investigación da pie a que, en el futuro, se profundice el desarrollo de las habilidades blandas en los estudiantes y sirva de base para futuras investigaciones
